Filler applications can be tricky with powder coating.
It is not recommended to powder coat over Bondo or similar type putty products. Powder Coating over Bondo will cause outgassing to occur, this will create irregularities in the finish. Generally, any metal fabrication that has Bondo on it could be rejected by your custom coater. Generally, any metal fabrication that has Bondo on it should be disclosed.
